Palihouse Miami Beach

PALIHOUSE, Miami Beach FL.

Avi Brosh’s Palisociety celebrated the opening of Palihouse Miami Beach this week, its seventh hotel property and the first East Coast opening for the brand. The 71-room boutique hotel is in a newly restored art deco building overlooking Indian Creek and situated two blocks from the ocean.

The Los Angeles-based Palisociety partnered with Miami-based Scott Robins Companies and RB Green Companies to renovate the property at 3101 Indian Creek Drive. The new hotel includes references to the original Greenbrier Hotel which was established in the 1940s. Food and drink is provided by Greenbrier Swim & Social on the creek-front patio and in the lobby lounge, liquor bar, and outdoor pool area.

The guest rooms are a mix of studios and king and queen accommodations, most with kitchenettes. Palihouse describes the rooms as “an eclectic mix of contemporary and vintage spaces and furnishings with an eastern seaboard meets boho-Mediterranean inspired design aesthetic.”

“The property’s interior and exterior overhaul is a layered mix of old and new elements brought to life by Palisociety’s signature irreverent and whimsical visual storytelling,” according to an announcement of the opening.
