PIERRE R. LEROY, FOUNDER BROKER

Pierre R. Leroy is currently the Broker and Co-founder of Centro Group Miami; a Miami-based boutique real estate firm offering residential and commercial real estate services to HNW and UHNW clients around the globe. Prior to Centro Group Miami Mr. Leroy has been active in real estate since 2004 with The Keyes Company Miami Beach as their top commercial broker and hospitality advisor with several notable multi-million dollar hotel transactions. Pierre has been involved in real estate development, condo conversions, site identification, and development, hotel acquisitions and dispositions, underwriting, due diligence, equity raise, and financing structure as well as asset management and owners representation. While spearheading Keyes hospitality division, Mr. Leroy has been a partner in a hotel management company for over 10 years and currently serves on the Board of Taurus Hospitality (www.taurushospitality.com), a full-service hotel consulting firm specializing in hotel repositioning, M&A (mergers and acquisitions) and management.

Mr. Leroy’s extensive knowledge of the real estate market, as well as the hospitality industry across South Florida, Latin America, and the Caribbean, have been both beneficial and valuable to his clients. Mr. Leroy is a graduate of the University of Montreal, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Minor in Public Relations. He is currently a licensed Broker in the State of Florida and fluent in French and English.

FELIPE RESTREPO, FOUNDER PRESIDENT

Felipe Restrepo is a co-founder and managing member of the K&R corporation. He has been investing in real estate for over 25 years, and in 2009 acquired a Florida Real Estate License and immediately joined The Keyes Company in Miami Beach, which specializes in residential and commercial real estate. During his first year as a licensed real estate agent, Felipe became one of the TOP 10 producing agents out of a 100 in his office. In 2010, Felipe advanced into Keyes Company’s Inner Circle ranking top 100 out of 2500 agents by achieving more than $4M in yearly sales. Since 2012, Felipe has yet advanced even further into Keyes Company’s statewide President’s circle by generating over $7M in yearly sales. Since then he has handled and successfully closed more than 200 Residential and Commercial transactions in the South Florida region. In 2010 Felipe funded with his partner K and R Corp to broaden his investment and sales talents by developing new construction with three boutique residential projects in prime locations. His latest venture as co-founder of Centro Group Miami, a boutique real estate brokerage with his partner Pierre Leroy, will cater to their HNW & UHNW clients around the globe. He graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and a minor in Photography. He is fluent in Spanish and English with a vast experience in interior design.

ARIEL DIAZ, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Ariel Diaz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in accounting, finance, and information systems within the hotel industry. With several years of expertise, Mr. Diaz has held positions as CFO and Controller for hotels investments.
He has worked for ‘Westmont Hospitality Group’ one of the largest hotel management companies globally, where he actively sought hotel buying opportunities in Argentina and Uruguay.
Notably, Mr. Diaz played a crucial role in coordinating the negotiation process for the acquisition of prestigious hotels such as ‘Intercontinental Hotel Buenos Aires and Nordelta’ and the ‘Sheraton Hotel Avenida Cordoba.’ These landmark properties in Argentina have significantly contributed to his in-depth knowledge of the industry.
Furthermore, Mr. Diaz became the regional representative for Argentina and Uruguay for the Discovery Destinations hotel brand. He has also worked as a financial associate with the renowned hotel group ‘Nao Hotels’ in Mexico, where he contributed to the successful implementation of ‘Viento del Mar’ and ‘Tata,’ two prominent boutique hotels in Tulum.
In addition to his hands-on experience, Mr. Diaz holds several prestigious US credentials, including Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Treasurer Professional (CTP), Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor (CMAA), Certified Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) (L1), Certified Vacation Rental Professional (CVRP), and Certified Information Professional (CIP). With his extensive knowledge and impressive credentials, Mr. Diaz is a valuable asset and an expert in the accounting, finance, and systems aspects of the hotel industry.

NIC BAKER III, ARCHITECT MA BFH

Nic is an award-winning designer, a University professor of design, and a USAF veteran. He earned a professional degree in Architecture from Virginia Tech (cum laude, 2000) and a Masters in Architecture from the Bern University of Applied Sciences (Switzerland, 2012). As a Bauhaus-trained architect since 2000, Nic’s experience has been intentionally expansive and intensively encompassing. With a balance of architectural theory and design practice, he forges his success as an entrepreneur to bring a tectonic approach to product and spatial design. From designing and managing the construction of major medical facilities all over the world to being recognized professionally for his functionally-minimalist residential design, Nic has carefully crafted his unique skill set to teach, manage, and lead projects and design teams. Nic’s mission is to collaborate with investors, developers, realtors, and builders while championing design and craftsmanship to a discerning and elite clientele. He continues to explore the planet to discover fresh architectural innovations and design services that elevate authentic architecture.

BRIAN DASS, VP HOSPITALITY MGMT & TECH

Brian Dass is an accomplished travel and hospitality industry executive with over thirty years of experience being involved with hotel property development and operations and he has pioneered innovative and scalable technologies for the hospitality, travel & tourism, wellness, healthcare, and financial industries. In his distinguished career, he has been involved in the planning, launch, and operation of multiple boutique hotels for over a decade (Elysee Hotel, Library Hotel, Giraffe Hotel, Casablanca Hotel, Gansevoort Hotel, Aria Hotel Prague, to name a few); he co-founded and pioneered two highly successful hotel travel technology startups which were acquired by TravelClick now an Amadeus company and Pegasus Solutions respectively. He has worked with over 5,000 hotels globally in over 100 countries over the last 20+ years and has built complex CRS & CRM systems, e-Commerce solutions, reservation & booking engine platforms and cutting edge mobile applications for clients around the world. Brian provides strategic vision and entrepreneurial insight to businesses operating in a broad range of vertical markets to deliver successful projects and disruptive solutions.
